Consider Where You Spend Your Money.

We have chosen to live, work and run our business in our community, and this is something that we never forget. The local community and by association the local economy, has the significant impact on our families and families of our staff. In other words when times are good.mm we get to enjoy the benefits and when times are tough, we have to tighten our belts, like everyone else.

As a result, we certainly feel that it is our responsibility to support the people and businesses who contribute to the local economy.

We believe that involvement in sporting activities builds character and creates friendships that adds lasting value to the community. So, we support a bunch of sporting organisations via sponsorships.

We acknowledge that a percentage of people in our region are less fortunate than us and rely on charities for assistance. Our involvement personally and in monetary terms is because we do care.

On the home front we are always making purchases. Perhaps it is buying new furniture or electrical goods, getting a tradie to come and make some repairs or even hiring people to do our maintenance of the pool and garden. When faced with these buying decisions (and in reality, any buying decision) we make a port of hiring locally, whenever we can.

In fact, we go one step further. When we need to buy something, we go through our client list to see if we have a client that might be able to supply the product or service that we want to buy. Even if it means paying a little more, our priority is to buy locally and to support other businesses in the region, especially if they are clients. We feel that we have an obligation to support those who trust and value our service and who live as part of our community – ad it is an obligation we proudly accept.

Always, always, always make your first choice your own clients, your friends, your local community. This is exactly what you hope others do for you.
