Our People

Dale Sedgman

Technology and Business Improvements Officer
With a Bachelor of IT, years of experience as a programmer and a lifelong passion for computers, Dale lives and breathes technology. He ensures all our hardware, software and systems run smoothly, keeping up to date with modern technical specifications and approaches to sharpen our technological advantage.

For Dale, if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing right. Because of this belief, he prioritises planning and preparation in the initial research stages of all technology-related projects. He is responsible for implementing new technology to ensure all our client interactions run smoothly.

He also designs systems to automate large-scale workflows throughout our technology suite to ensure efficiency and compliance. In today’s ever-evolving technology landscape, he introduces new tools and approaches we use to their full advantage.

In addition to testing the limits of our new office equipment, Dale enjoys working on coding projects – seeing users react, play and experiment with the product. He values the communication and results Fowler’s Group achieve for clients, hearing success stories, and knowing his personal contributions have made a difference.
